1. Who we are
WebPlussers is a Dutch digital studio. Got a question about your data? Get in touch via the contact form and we'll respond quickly.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address and the message you leave. We also collect (anonymised) website statistics if you consent, see our cookie policy.
3. What we use it for
We use your data solely to respond to your request and get in touch. We don't sell your data and don't use it for unsolicited marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your request no longer than needed to handle your question and, where applicable, for the duration of a collaboration. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
5. Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered via a secure internal messaging channel so we see them quickly. For website statistics we use Google Analytics with an anonymised IP address, and only after your consent. We don't share your data with other parties unless the law requires it.
6. Cookies
We only place functional cookies by default. We place analytical cookies only after your consent. Read more in our cookie policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to the processing. Send your request via the contact form. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.
